Epoxy bonds best to concrete that's properly prepared. We grind or shot-blast the surface to create the right profile for adhesion. New concrete needs to cure for at least 28 days. We'll assess your concrete and advise on the best approach.

Most residential garages take 2-3 days. Day one is surface preparation and priming. Day two is the epoxy application. Day three is the topcoat. After that, light foot traffic is possible in 24 hours, and vehicles can return after 72 hours.

We add anti-slip aggregates to the topcoat for safety. You choose the level of texture — from subtle to aggressive — based on your needs. Decorative flake systems also add natural traction.

Epoxy needs concrete and air temperatures above 50°F for proper curing. In Northeast Ohio, we schedule installations accordingly and can use heating equipment when needed to ensure optimal results.
